Champagne Makes Me So Happy!
These are all well-documented effects of alcohol on the human body.
If you knew an alcohol abuser, would it be wrong to send them this cartoon?
Would that be "rude?" Perhaps sitting idly by while they destroy themselves would be the more socially acceptable thing to do.
