The Mind Criminals Have Your Best Intentions in Mind

The first step toward becoming a full-fledged mind criminal might start something like this.


  

The dynamic described in that cartoon is one of the many reasons I stay away from MLM or "network marketing."

The recipe:

Uninformed People Desperate for Cash + Just Enough Mind Weaponry to Be Dangerous

Voila!

You have a hot bed for all sorts of crimes of the mind. 

(NOTE: If you're a network marketer, your first reaction will probably be to take offense.  Don't.  I'm only describing a phenomenon in your field of which you are probably acutely aware.  But you're not alone - and there is hope - more on that later ...)

All sorts of untrue, unhealthy and incorrect ideas spread from mind to mind like a virus (some call these "memes").

Not such a big deal?

Well, on the surface it may seem innocent enough, but the effect may be more profound than you realize.

Uprooting these "memes" and replacing them with healthier ones can have the opposite effect.
